- Cell-based glycan array is a HEK293 cell-based array, which display homogeneous and customised N- and O-linked glycoforms. This unique array enables the study of glycan-binding events on live cells in their natural context. Analysis is performed using Flow Cytometry Analysis.
- GlycoProteinArray is a chip-based array, displaying homogenous mucins and glycoproteins produced and purified from HEK293 cell-based arrays. The GlycoProteinArray including glycan controls is available for interaction studies.
- GlycoPeptideArray is a chip-based array, displaying glycopeptide fragments from GlycoProteinArray contents. Glycopeptide can be chemoenzymatically synthesied with custom designed glycosylation site and amino acid sequence for detailed epitope mapping of antibodies or other glycan binding proteins. The GlycoPeptideArray including glycan controls is available for interaction studies.
